Pre-Visit Check List
1) All test Subjects must be clean shaven! We do not fit test persons with facial hair.
2) The Medical Evaluations will be Completed prior to the fit testing date via screening and telehealth.
3) per OSHA Multiple types of N95 Respirators at least two models is advised, If we are providing your masks, we will be onsite for your test pending shipping times with up to 4 models.
4). Respirator sharing is not permissible under the law. If you are using Respirators from another vendor please email beth@secureallianceps.com with your brand and model number. We will not guarantee that we can fit outside respirators.

How much PPE is needed to treat a COVID-19 patient?
It depends on several factors, including the facility and infection control systems in place such as special ventilation systems. As an example for three PPE items – gowns, N95 respirators and face masks -- what is generally needed to treat one patient for one day in an Adult Family Home may range from:
- Gowns: 6-12
- N95 respirators: 15 every 3 days per employee
- Face masks: 0-18
